In January 2018, the Workplace Harassment Commission was created by the Senate President and House Speaker.

The Commission will review State workplace harassment policies in all three branches of State government. Further, the Commission will seek comment from business leaders and policy experts, and hold public hearings.

To the Legislative Policy Committee, the Commission will make its recommendations.
