Report to Senate Education, Health & Environmental Affairs Committee & House Environment & Transportation Committee on whether adjustments should be made to State's standard for Program Open Space land acquisition due Oct. 1, 2018 (Chapter 406, Acts of 2017).

In 1991, the Joint Subcommittee on Program Open Space and Agricultural Land Preservation was started by the Legislative Policy Committee.

The Subcommittee oversees Program Open Space and the Agricultural Land Preservation Program, monitors their progress, and evaluates legislation affecting them.
