Born in Salisbury, Maryland, April 10, 1951. Graduated Stephen Decatur High School, Berlin, Maryland, 1969. Retired professional land surveyor, farmer, and developer. Member, Bishopville-St. Martins Neck Association. Past member, Isle of Wight Preservation Committee; Ocean Pines Comprehensive Planning Committee; St. Marin's Neck Community Association. Married; two children, one grandchild.
