Born in Salisbury, Maryland, 1963. Attended Wicomico Senior High School, Salisbury, Maryland; Chowan College, A.A. (pre-law); Salisbury University. Owner/manager, Culver Construction, Salisbury. Owner, Cellar Door Tavern, Salisbury, 2013-15. Member, Salisbury Wicomico Lions Club (president, 2007-08). Member, Executive Committee, Clean Chesapeake Coalition, 2012-. Member, Trinity United Methodist Church, Salisbury, Maryland. Two children.
