Former owner and operator, Bivalve Oyster Packing Company. Board of Directors, Maryland Association of Counties, 2015- (legislative committee, 2011-; tax subcommittee, 2011-). Member, Lions Club; Ruritan Club; Moose; Mt. Vernon Volunteer Fire Department. Member, Asbury United Methodist Church, Princess Anne, Maryland. Four daughters; eight grandchildren.
