Ajunct Professor, Delaware State University. Former first officer pilot, Florida Gulf Airlines, Inc. 1st Vice-President, Maryland Association of Counties, 2017- (board of directors, 2014-; legislative committee, 2011-; tax subcommittee, 2011-; treasurer, 2016; 2nd vice-president, 2016-17). Founding member and treasurer, Democratic Club of Kent County. Member, Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association; National Naval Officers Association; American Legion; National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP); Kent County Chamber of Commerce. Past member, Board of Directors, Maryland Broadband Cooperative, Inc. Member, Mt. Olive African Methodist Episcopal Church, Worton, Maryland. Married; two children, three grandchildren.
