TASK FORCE TO STUDY HEALTH PROFESSIONAL-CLIENT SEXUAL EXPLOITATION

The Task Force to Study Health Professional-Client Sexual Exploitation was formed in 1993 (Chapter 299, Acts of 1993). The Task Force charge was to devise a strategy for preventing sexual exploitation of clients by health professionals (Code 1957, Art. 41, sec. 18-304).

On January 1, 1996, the Task Force reported to the Governor and General Assembly.
