Born in Baltimore, Maryland, January 1, 1957. Attended St. Dominic School, Baltimore, Maryland; McDonough School, Owings Mills, Maryland; Gettysburg College, B.A., 1979; University of Baltimore School of Law, J.D., 1982. Law clerk to J. Harold Grady, Baltimore County Circuit Court. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1983. Attorney. Chief Operating Officer, The Livingston Group, 2008-15 (consultant, 2005-07). Vice-President, U.S. House Chiefs of Staff Alumni Association, 2013-15 (board of directors). Member, Republican National Lawyers Association; Exchange Club of Towson. Board of Fellows, Gettysburg College. Died in Baltimore, Maryland, August 7, 2015.


The Steve Kreseski Victory Fund for Lung Healing Research was established by family and friends in 2015 at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
